Privacy Policy

Effective June 25, 2026. This policy explains what Paper OS collects to operate the storefront.

Information we collect

We collect account details, quiz submissions, order information, shipping details, and support messages. Stripe processes payment card details; Paper OS does not store card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to recommend products, process orders, deliver digital files, fulfill printed packs, provide account access, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.

Service providers

We use service providers such as Stripe for payments and email/fulfillment providers for customer communication and delivery.

Retention

We keep order records for business, tax, fraud prevention, and customer support needs. Password reset tokens expire and are marked used after completion.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information by emailing hello@aipaperos.com. Some order records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.

Security

Passwords are hashed before storage. No online system is perfectly secure, so use a unique password and contact support if you suspect account misuse.
