Terms of Service
Effective June 25, 2026. These terms govern purchases and use of Paper OS products.
Products
Paper OS sells digital and printed paper productivity systems. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change as the catalog evolves.
Orders and payment
Payments are processed through Stripe. Orders are confirmed after successful payment, and customers are responsible for providing accurate email and shipping information.
Digital files
Digital files are for personal or internal business use by the purchaser. Do not resell, redistribute, or publish the files as standalone templates.
Printed fulfillment
Printed packs are produced after checkout and shipped according to the delivery policy. Production or carrier delays may affect delivery dates.
Returns and refunds
Because each order includes digital files, refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a printed item arrives damaged or materially incorrect, contact support with the order ID and photos within 14 days of delivery.
