Goals typed into an app can be edited, snoozed, or deleted. A sealed letter can only be waited for — that is the whole point. You write the goal while it costs nothing, and it arrives when it counts.
Proof you kept going — or didn’t
The 90-day letter doesn’t care about your streaks. It asks what week 6 looked like and what you’ll say on day 90 either way. Honest questions land harder on paper.

How it works

Get the kit
A flat-packed kit arrives with pre-addressed envelopes (Forever stamp already applied), writing sheets, prompt cards, and a guide card with your unique letter codes.

Write on paper
Two sheets per letter. Use the prompts or ignore them — the prompts are a starting line, not homework.

Seal and address the flap
Seal the envelope, sign across the flap, and print where it goes (Deliver to) and when it should land (Arrive on: 30, 90, or 365 days — or any date 30 days to 2 years out).

Drop it in any mailbox
It is addressed to Paper OS in Ashland, VA, and the stamp is already on it.

We log it sealed and hold it
The operator date-stamps the back without opening it, records your code, date, and delivery address, and files the sealed letter. You get a confirmation email with the arrive-on date.

It comes back on your date
We mail it back in a fresh envelope 5 days before your date so it lands when you said. You can update the delivery address from your account until 14 days before we mail it.
On the back of the envelope you fill in Deliver to (your address, or someone else’s US address) and Arrive on (tick 30 / 90 / 365 days, or write a date), then sign across the seal. If a flap comes back unreadable or out of range, the letter waits as Needs info and you get an email with a link to confirm — nothing mails on a guess.

Pre-addressed #10 envelopes
One per letter, with a Forever stamp already applied. Front shows the inbound address, your letter code, and the promise line.
Letter sheets
Two letter-size sheets per letter that tri-fold into the envelope, headed “To me, on ______”.

The 90-day goal letter

Sprint pairs with a 90-day goal: write it, seal it, open it on day 90. One sentence for the goal, one picture of week 6, one promise for day 90 — kept or broken.
Dates, in plain numbers
30 days to 2 years. Mailed 5 days early.

Minimum hold. Anything sooner isn’t a future letter — it’s mail.
2 years
Maximum hold. A continuity cap, so every promise stays keepable.

We mail each letter back 5 days before its arrive-on date for transit slack.
14 days
Address freeze. Update where it goes until 14 days before the mail date.
The two-year cap, the 5-day lead, and the 14-day freeze are the same numbers on the envelope, the guide card, your account, and the written promise below. If the flap date is unreadable or out of range, the letter waits as Needs info and you confirm it online.

- 02 · Sign in with a one-time code. Enter your email below and we send a 6-digit code that expires in 10 minutes. No password to create, remember, or leak.
- 03 · Manage every letter. Your account lists each letter’s code, status, arrive-on and mail dates, and delivery address — with address edits open until the 14-day freeze.
- 04 · Watch your inbox too. You’ll get “sealed and waiting” when a letter arrives here, “on its way” when it mails back, and a nudge if an envelope is still out there after 60 days.

Lost mail
If USPS loses a letter either way: that letter’s share of the kit price back, or a free replacement stamped envelope. Contents can’t be replaced — they were never read.

Up to about three sheets plus the envelope per letter. Heavier gets extra postage added at mail time.
If Future Post ever closes
Every held letter is mailed early at no charge, and customers are emailed first.

Do I need an account to order?
No. Checkout needs only your email, name, and a US shipping address. After you order, sign in on this page with the same email — we send a one-time code, no password — and your orders and letters appear in your account.
Where do I mail my finished letter?
To Paper OS — Future Post, 117 Smithtown Road, Ashland, VA 23005. The envelope comes pre-addressed with the stamp already applied, so you just drop it in any mailbox.
What dates can I choose?
Any arrive-on date from 30 days to 2 years after you mail it. Tick 30, 90, or 365 days on the flap, or write any date in range. We mail each letter back 5 days before its date to leave room for transit.
Can I change where it goes?
Yes — from your account, until 14 days before the mail date. After that the address locks so the label run stays correct, and the page tells you why.
Do you ever open the letter?
Never. It travels and waits sealed. We store only the letter code, the arrive-on and mail dates, and the delivery address — which is also why lost contents can’t be replaced, only refunded.
What if the mail loses my letter?
If USPS loses a letter in either direction, you get that letter’s share of the kit price back (Classic: one third of $29 per letter; Sprint: the $14 kit less already-incurred kit postage where applicable), or a free replacement stamped envelope on request. Reply to any Future Post email — a real person reads it.
What can I put inside?
Paper only, up to 1 oz per letter — about three sheets plus the envelope. Anything heavier needs extra postage, which is added at mail time.
Is Future Post US-only?
Yes, in this first version: both the kit shipment and the return delivery are US addresses only.
What happens if Future Post ever closes?
Every held letter is mailed early at no charge, and customers are emailed first. That is the continuity promise, in writing.
When does my kit ship, and how do I track it?
Kits ship flat as a USPS large envelope. Tracked shipping is calculated at checkout, and tracking is emailed when your kit ships. Your sealed letters coming back to you travel as First-Class letters.
