Future Post promise

Sealed by you. Never opened by us.
Your letter travels and waits sealed. Paper OS stores only the letter code, the arrive-on and mail dates, and the delivery address — never the contents, which we cannot replace if mail is lost.
Dates and address changes
Letters arrive between 30 days and 2 years after you mail them. We mail each letter back 5 days before its arrive-on date. You can update the delivery address from your account until 14 days before the mail date; after that the address is locked so the label run stays correct.
What you can send
Paper only, up to 1 oz per letter (about three sheets plus the envelope). Anything heavier needs extra postage, which is added at mail time. US kit shipping and US return delivery only.
Lost mail
If USPS loses a letter in either direction, Paper OS refunds that letter’s share of the kit price (Classic: one third of $29 per letter; Sprint: the $14 kit less already-incurred kit postage where applicable). A free replacement stamped envelope is also available on request.
Continuity
If Future Post ever closes, every held letter is mailed early at no charge, and customers are emailed first.
