Shipping policy

Digital products
Ready-made digital PDFs are delivered by email after Stripe confirms payment. Custom OS digital files are generated after the customer submits a completed design and are normally delivered within 24 business hours.
Printed products
Printed notebooks are made to order. Production begins after payment for ready-made systems and after file generation for Custom OS. Delivery timing depends on destination and the tracked shipping option shown at Stripe Checkout.
Tracking and addresses
Tracking is emailed when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete shipping address at checkout. Contact support immediately if an address needs correction; changes are not guaranteed after production begins.
