Ready-made digital PDFs
Because digital PDFs are delivered electronically, they cannot be returned. Contact support if a file is corrupt, inaccessible, or materially different from its description.
Custom OS
Before submitting a Custom OS design, contact support about cancellation. After the personalized file is generated, the digital product cannot be returned. Printed Custom OS cancellation is not guaranteed after production begins.
Printed products
Contact support promptly for an incorrect, damaged, or defective printed item and include clear photos. Paper OS reviews each claim and may replace or refund an eligible order.
